Six10art operates within a unique dual model business. We share our space with our premier Luxury Window and Door Showroom. This strategic synergy provides a distinct advantage for our artists

Targeted Foot Traffic: Our space is a destination for high-net-worth individuals in the midst of building multi-million dollar estates in River Oaks, West University, and Memorial.
Captive Audience: While clients select architectural elements for their homes, they are simultaneously immersed in your work, allowing them to visualize your art as an integral part of their new environment.
Designer Network: We are a daily hub for Houston's top architects and interior designers, placing your portfolio directly in front of the city's primary tastemakers.

REPRESENTATION & OFFERINGS

We believe in a fair, transparent partnership that allows both the gallery and the artist to thrive. Our standard consignment terms are as follows:

Commission Split

50% Artist / 50% Gallery. This split covers our overhead, high-end marketing, and event hosting.

Exhibition Period

Standard featured rotation is 60–90 days, unless otherwise specified for a solo show.

Marketing & PR

The gallery provides professional photography of works on-site, email marketing to our private collector list, and social media features.
